Charmeuse and Dunraven ran seven turlongs in i. 20 2-5 and finished together, Charmeuse conceding weight. though neither was heavily burdened. It was a good eailop by both horses. Dark Prince soon got e. break on the other 3 but fell at the brush at top of the straight, where Wako King lost his rider. Urntali led Thurina oyer the remainder of the journey, completing the circuit safely. Botn jumped well, Thurina giving a particularly good display. A large number of other horse 3 did strong pace work on the sand track. The southern arrivals include: Royal Saxon. Mernbo. Rameses and Radiac.
