FEARS FOR PROSPECTOR

Per Press Association. NELSON, Aug. 6. Mr Albert Darwin Bromell, who left Tui on June 18 on a prospecting expedition to Alount Owen, has not yet been heard of. Slight hopes are held for his safety as the country is very treacherous, with pot-holes -20 feet deep covered up to fifteen feet withe snow.. Air, Bromell intended to' go through the pass of Alount Owen (6400 feet) to Nuggety. Creek and then to his headquarters at Owen Valley. A,search party including Air Bromell’s two brothers intend spending six days on the mountain.
