KOPANE.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) KOPANE, July 1

At the Kopane School on Wednesday the fortnightly euchre party took (dace. As the evening was beautiful more players were tempted out, thus making the attendance satisfactory. The ladies’ prize was won by Mrs T. Dyer, while Mr Morgan won the men’s. An anonymous donor has very generously given a tea set for the ladies for the most points for the next three parties and a wallet for the men. A very dainty supper concluded the evening.
