The .Judge to-day ordered that William Fallon, solicitor, he suspended from practice pending the decision of the Court of Appeal on a motion by tho Law Society calling on him to show cause why lie should not be suspended or struck off the roll. A woman clerk employed by Fallon and his partner was yesterday committed for sentence on a charge of forging documents.
