CHRISTCHURCH. July 3. At the adjourned meeting to-day, the creditors of F. A. Neale, described as a builder and contractor and land speculator, it was decided to send the papers to the Crown Prosecutor for an investigation. The Official Assignee said that tho whole position was unsatisfactory. The books had been badly kept.
