Received April 22, 11.5 a.m. VANCOUVER, April 21. A strike of tow-boat workers threatens to demoralise British Columbia shipping. Refusing to submit to a wage reduction, 300 workers at Vancouver left their boats and 75 at Victoria struck in sympathy, though their wages were not reduced.
