FEILDING SALE.

BIG YARDING TO-DAY. A yarding of about 2000 fat sheep, of which there was a large percentage of lambs, was penned at to-day’s stock sale at Feilding. The offerings comprised some good quality sheep and quotations remained on last week’s level, despite the heavy supply, lambs, in fact, advancing slightly. Dairy cattle sold well at late rates. Prices up to one o’clock were as follow: — Sheep.—Fat lambs, 8s 3d, 10s Bd. 11s 2d, lls 9d, 12s 6d, 13s. 13s 3d, 15s od : fat wethers, 12s, 12s 7d, 12s lid; fat ewes, 7s 7d, Bs, 8s 3d, 9s lid. Cattle —Heifers in milk, £5 10s, £8; springing heifers, £7, £8 10s; springing cows, £7, £7 10s, £B, £9 7s 6d; cows in milk, £3 5s to £4 10s.
