Received February 21, 11.40 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 20. The newspaper, the Sunday Referee, was offered at auction —the goodwill and property as a whole. It was passed in at £21,000. The paper is owned by Sir Oswald Stoll and is principally devoted to finance, the theatre and international politics.
