TRUCE IN COTTON TRADE.

RELIEF TO INDUSTRY. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Feb. 15. The settlement of the cotton dispute by the withdrawal by the employers of the lock-out and the discontinuance of the “more looms” experiment at Burnley, has caused relief, as the stoppage threatened to affect the prospects for the cotton trade section of the Britisji Industries Fair. The weavers have ended the Burnley strike, and work will bo resumed in ail mills on Monday. Hope is held that the peace will be used to establish better relations between the employers and operatives, and to reorganise industry. The employers, in a statement, said that they were prepared to discuss with the operatives questions of technical reorganisation when a proper atmosphere returned. They desired to see good feeling in the industry, and had every confidence that the operatives would respond.
