MARRIAGE LAWS.
EGYPTIAN COURT’S DECISION. (Times Cables.) Received January 4, 8.35 p.m. CAIRO, Jan. 3. Divorce is no longer man’s incontestable right in at least one Moslem country. In awarding £SOO to a wife who sought compensation for divorce, the Egyptian Court laid down the principle that a husband must show good reasons for divorcing his wife. It also stated that a wife can stipulate in the marriage contract that the man should not marry anyone else while she is his wife, and must divorce any wives he already has. ,
