TRADE RELATIONS.

AUSTRALIA AND CANADA. OTTAWA, Jan. 3. A message from Winnipeg states that the Australian Minister of Markets, Mr Parker Moloney, has arrived there en route for Vancouver. Mr Moloney believes that the wheat markets of the world have reached their bottom and that a rising market cannot long be delayed. In reference to Australian exports of butter to Canada, lie said that his country did not desire to embarrass either the buttermaking or any other industry in Canada. “But you do not make enough butter to supply your home demand and we would like to sell you the remainder of your needs,” Mr Moloney added.
