THE NEW VICEROY.
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Jan. 1. Lord Willington, the new Viceroy, intends to sail for India from Marseilles on April 3 and arrive at Bombay on April 17. Lord Irwin, former Viceroy, will leave Bombay for England the following day.
