FURTHER MASS TRIALS.

SOVIET MAKE MANY ARRESTS. (Times Cables.) LONDON, Dec. 4. The Times’s Riga correspondent states that further mass trials are promised in Russia. The O.G.P.U. (secret police) agents at Minsk _ have arrested eighty former members of the White Russian Republic for alleged plotting, with the financial assistance and military intervention of Britain, France and Poland, to arrange for White Russia’s secession. The O.G.P.U. is also preparing three trials of engineers, technicians and officials in connection with alleged anti-economic plots of the White Russians at Nijnivovgorod and in Siberia. The White Russian plot embraces official economic establishments.
