FIDELITY FUND.
PROTECTION OF INVESTORS. Received December 6, 8.30 a.m. BRISBANE, Dec. 5. A bill has passed all stages in the Legislative Assembly to set np a. fidelity fund to cover the defalcations of dishonest solicitors. The measure was drafted by the Law Institute for the. protection of investors and trust funds. Nobody will be allowed to practise as. a solicitor or attorney unless he is a contributor to this fund.
