Received October 22, 8.30 a.m. SYDNEY, Oct. 22.
Mr Dynes Fulton and Mr W. Goodfellow, of the New Zealand Co-opera-tive Dairy Company) yesterday attended an important meeting at Brisbane, where they , stressed the need for greater co-operation in tlie marketing of dairy produce in the United Kingdom.
They pointed out that New Zealand, Australia and Argentina had an additional 25,000 tons of butter available for export during the coming season. Low prices were inevitable, conseqently, competition should be kept down to a minimum by co-operative effort.
Messrs Fulton and Goodfellow subsequently visited and inspected the Richmond River dairying district. They were much impressed by the fertility of the land and the paucity of milking machines.
