SIR OTTO NIEMEYER IN WELLINGTON. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 17. Sir Otto Niemeyer was entertained at morning tea at Parliament House to-day by tho acting Prime Minister, Hon. E. A. Ransom, and members of both chambers. Sir Otto referred to his impressions of Now Zealand. He stressed the need for co-operation between the various countries of the Empire, and for cooperation internationally in financial matters. !
