MANAWATU SCOTTISH SOCIETY.
The Manawatu Scottish Society held another very successful inglesido last Wednesday in the Cosmopolitan Hall, when over 120 braved tlie elements to enjoy the old time dancing that was arranged by the lady conveners. During the evening Miss Gwenth McNaughton gave a very pleasing exhibition of the sword dance and for an encore gave the seantruibhas. Miss June Scott also gave a very spirited exhibition Spanish dance and for tho enoore the clog dance. Tho lady conveners are to be congratulated on the splendid programme that they provided.
