HIP DISLOCATED.

FOOTBALLER INJURED. Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, July 20. While playing a representative trial game at Rugby Park on Saturday Andrew Falconer, aged 21, of Alakarewa Junction, had his right hip dislocated. An anaesthetic was administered to Falconer on the field, and the injured man was admitted to the Southland Hospital afterward. Falconer, who is a five-eighth, had been playing brilliant football up to the time of his injury and his loss to Southland foobtall on the eve of the shield matches is a heavy one.
