CHEMIST’S EVIDENCE. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, May 16. Evidence in the trial of Arthur Thomas Alunn was heard again today. F. W. G. Johnston, chemist, who supplied accused with one drachm of strychnino on November 25 for the purpose of poisoning rats, was the first witness this morning. There were no new features about the evidence. He said that he also supplied medicine to Mrs Munn on Dr. Budding's prescription. There was no possibility of strychnine entering that medicine.
