ORDEALS ON LINER.
PASSENGERS AID SCIENCE. Unpleasant ordeals for the sake of science were accepted willingly by 180 passengers on the liner Aquitania cn which a medical commission was appointed to investigate and seek a cure for seasickness. Each patient was placed on a moving chair, /which was spun round, immediately inducing the dreaded symptoms. Doctors rapidly examined each victim and tabulated the results.
