DUSSELDORF HORROR.

ARREST EFFECTED. Received Mav 15, 11.0 a.m. BERLIN, May 14. The belief of a woman that her brother is the Dusseldorf “Jack the Ripper” murderer is one link in the chain of circumstantial evidence lending to the arrest of a man called “Fritz L.” The man left Dusseldorf in November, and when asked if he knew why he was arrested he replied: “You think l.am the Dusseldorf murderer.”
