PALM ISLAND TROUBLE.
MURDER OF SUPERINTENDENT. Received April 17, 11 a.m. TOYVNSYHLLE, April 17. Two arrests have been made following the recent shooting of Mr Robert Curry, superintendent of Palm Island, by at. aboriginal. The arrests followed the decision of the Government to prosecute certain persons involved in the tragedy. One is an aboriginal, who is alleged to have fired the shot that killed Mr Curry as he landed on the beach. The second man is an official, who will be charged with counselling the execution of the crime.
