Seventeen were killed and eleven injured as the result of a panic that occurred during a cinenja entertainment at Licata (Sicily). . * Some film caught fire, and the audience stampeded, although the building was not damaged. <. All the victims were between twelve and eighteen years of age. The electric lights failed, and the audience fought madly in total darkness to reach the exits.
