CHARGE AGAINST FACTORY MANAGER.
CASE AT WANGANUI.

Matthew Rogers, dairy factory manager, was fined £SO, with costs, for Burying cream to the Maoriland Dairy Company, Wanganui, containing potassium bichromate. ;rt? 6^f D ?u nt lr n to test the grading of the Maoriland Company, sent four consignments of samples of cream to Wanganui. The ’last can was held up at*tho factory on acoount of a peculiar flavour, and when analysed by experts was found to contain added preservative.
