HOSPITAL BOARDS.

WHANGAREI DECISION. Per Press Association. WHANGAItEI, April 14. The Wliangarei Hospital Board today decided to withdraw from the Hospital Boards’ Association. The main reason was the executive’s action in backing up the department in its attitude toward maternity and midwifery nursing, in direct contravention of tho decision of the Hospital Boards’ Conference. It was also contended that the association was controlled by larger boards, the smaller not having sufficient representation to make their influence felt.
