VOTE FOR WOMEN.
SOUTH AFRICAN BILL CARRIED. • CAPETOWN, April 13. General Hertzog’s non-party bill to give votes to white women at twentyone years of age, was carried on its third"reading by a majority of 39. The question has been before Parliament twenty times previously. A Zululand member has predicted grave discontent among the native population, and a weakening of the white supremacy, as the result of the bill.
