LATEST DEVELOPMENT. DELHI, April 10. Action by the Delhi police in arresting 13 permanent Congressmen is the latest development in the movement to violate the Salt Laws. The arrested men include Gandhi’s son. He was charged with sedition. Gandhi is at present at Bhimrad, where he arrived yesterday to the accompaniment of a ehorus of specially composed sediitious songs. The arrests now number 150, or more.
