REOPENING OF MINES. VOLUNTEER LABOUROWNERS’ ORIGINAL PLANS, (United Press Association —By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright.) Received April 10, 10.25 a.m. SYDNEY, April 10. The mineowners are expected to announce the opening date of the mines shortly; they have given the miners an opportunity of-returning in a body. Now that the compromise terms have been rejected, the owners will carry out their original plans for opening the mines with volunteer labour.
