THREE-POWER AGREEMENT. AMERICANS CONFIDENT. DELEGATES’ PASSAGES BOOKED. (United Press Association—Bv Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received April 5, 1.20 p.m. LONDON, April 4. The American delegation to the Naval Conference have booked their passages for home for April 23. They are well satisfied that a tlireePower agreement ean.be drawn up and concluded before then. This, together with an agreement among the five Powers on technical matters, such as the global category compromise, is regarded by the Americans as a worth while result of the conference.
The conversations among the British and French relative to the security formula have been almost abandoned.
