THIRTEEN KILLED. BELGIAN TRAGEDY. Received April-5, 9.45 a.m. BRUSSELS, April 4. Thirteen were killed and eight injured in an explosion of fire damp at a coal mine at Elouges. The explosion followed the firing of a charge, of dynamite. ”, ' 1 The King of the Belgians has ordered a full inquiry.
