BRITAIN AND EGYPT.
DELEGATION FOR LONDON. (British Official AA'ireless.) RUGBY, Feb. 24. An Egyptian' delegation headed bj the Egyptian Prime Minister, Nalias Pasha, is, by agreement with the British Government, coining to London during the last week in March to negotiate on the proposals made by the Foreign Secretary, Mr Arthur Henderson, and to conclude an AngloEgyptian agreement It is understood that Sir Percy Loraine, British High Commissioner for Egypt and Sudan, has been asked to be present in London during the negotiations, and that he will leave for England about the middle of March.
