MAN AND WIFE MARKED. Received February 10. 12.15 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 10. A man named York, whose evidence led to the conviction of a member of a razor gang in Sydney eighteen months ago, has appealed to the police hero for protection for himself and Mrs York. York states that they have been hounded out of Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide by underworld friends of the convicted man, and that they are now destitute and in fear of their lives, unless they can escape from Australia.
