MINISTER AT BELGRADE. (British Official Wireless). Received October 12, 11.2 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 11. The King has approved of the appointment of Mr Neville Moyrick Henderson, C.M.G., Envoy and Minister Plenipotentiary at Paris, to be Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at Belgrade.

Mr Henderson entered tho diplomatic service in 1905 and has been Minister Plenipotentiary at tho British Embassy in Paris since 1928.
