NAVAL CONSTRUCTION.
BRITAIN’S PROGRAAIAIE.
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Sept. 2. The Admiralty announces that the Government has authorised the construction of two sloops of the 1929 programme. The construction will be begun during the forthcoming autumn—one sloop at Chatham and the other at another Royal dockyard.
