FINES AT WAITARA. Per Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, Juno 7. Finos totalling £4O were imposed by Mr Tate, S.M., at the Waitara Court this morning on Thomas Norman Taylor. who pleaded guilty to two counts of being in the street for the purpose of betting and having entered into a bet on the .result of the Rata Hurdles at the Wanganui races.
