RETURNS RAPIDLY FALLING. (Times Cables). . LONDON, May 15. The t Times’s Berlin correspondent states that German unemployment returns rose nearly two and a-lialf million during the winter time, largely owing to the prolonged frost. The returns, however, are now rapidly falling. Between Apil 15 and April 30 they fell from 1,480,000 to 1,126,000. It is estimated that since they have fallen below a milion. '
