RAILWAY DEVIATION.
DISCUSSION BY CABINET. STATEMENT TO BE ISSUED. “Cabinet will meet to-morrow, or within a few days, to discuss the matter, and after that a full statement will be issued,” Btated the Prime Minister, Sir Joseph Ward, when interviewed yesterday afternoon after the inspection of the railway deviation by the Ministerial [Sarty. Sir Joseph indicated tha.t he regarded the matter as an important one, but he stated that there were other undertakings which were of equal concern. No decision had been arrived at at that stage. The Premier added that the final work of completing the year’s finances was in hand.
