RADIUM SUPPLIES.
PRODUCTION FROM EMPIRE SOURCES. * (Australian Press Association.) LONDON, March 27. It is understood that; the Government intend to act immediately upon the report of a sub-committee, which recommends the creation- of a central body to purchase radium and control its distribution. It is desired to encourage the production of radium from Empire sources, with special reference to the deposits existing in Australia', thus jnaking the Empire independent of supplies from the Continent. :
