MEETING HELD YESTERDAY.

(By Telegraph—-Special to Standard.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 21. The official Cabinet room in Parlia ment Building is not in regular occupation by Ministers as it is not convenient for routine administrative work. Veitch, E. A. Ransom, J. G. Cobbe and A. J. Stallworthy. There was a considerable amount of business, but the decisions, as usual, are confidential though in due course announcements are made through Ministerial chaamels when action is taken.
