GERMAN REPARATIONS.
EXPERTS’ COMMITTEE. (Australian Press Association—United Service.) BERLIN, Oct. 26. Cabinet has decided to co-operate with the other Governments concerned to establish an independent committee of experts, net Government officials, to settle the reparations question once and for all. They will seek the views of Britain, France . and Belgium regarding the place, time and agenda for the meeting. ■
