OTTAWA, Sept. 6. The Government gave a dinner at Manitoba for the Empire Parliamentary Association delegates. During xhe course of a speech, Mr John Prowse, of AVestern Australia, stated that he believed Australia could grow sufficient food to supply the world. The great difficulty was marketing As far as settlement was concerned, there were still eight hundred million acres of unalienated land in Australia.
