MR KELLOGG BUSY.

NO TIME TO VISIT LONDON. SNUB NOT INTENDED. (Australian Press Association—United Service). LONDON, Sept. 4. “Please tell England and tell the world that I did not visit London because there was no time. It is wrong, very wrong, to say that I deliberately snubbed London.” * Thus stated Mr F. B. Kellogg on the Leviathan’s deck as the liner was leaving Cherbourg for the United States. Mr Kellogg looked weary, and as soon as he reached his stateroom sank heavily into a chair. Mr Kellogg pointed out that his visit to Ireland was the fulfilment of a forty-year-old promise; it was a visit entirely free from any political consequence.
