MAN CHARGED WITH MURDER.

Received September 5, 8.5 a.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 5. Aubrey Champman, who was found on Saturday with his throat cut beside the dead body of Mi6s Miller, an attractive barmaid, was charged in hospital tio-day with the murder of Miss Miller. A special court was held at the bedside.

Miss Miller was Mrs Hancock, but was divorced and was to have been married again on the day of her death.
