PLANS FOR REORGANISATION
(Australian Press Association.) Deceived September 5, 1.5 p.m. PARIS, Sept. 4. M. Leygres has temporarily taken over the Ministry of Aviation. He conferred to-day with the Inspector-Gen-eral of Aviation with reference to . M. Bokanowski’s plans for the reorganisation of the air force. <
Until the new policy is developed the Government will try to discourage trans-Atlantic attempts, record breaking feats, and delay construction of naval and military ’planes.
