EUCHARISTIC CONGRESS.
POPE APPROVES OE THE PROGRAMME.
(Australian Press Association). Received September 5. 1.5 a.m. ROME, Sept. 4. The pope has asked his assistant Secretary of State to communicate t*o him every detail of the Eucharistic Congress. He declares that Cardinal Ceretti is tho right man in the right place, .emphatically approves of the preparations and programme, and considers that the congress promises to rival the greatest held elsewhere in the world.
