Received September 5. 12.5 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 4.
After showing a slight decrease in the last weekly returns unemployment is again on the increase. To-day’s return gives tho number of workless as 1,320,000, which is 11-840 more than a week before and 270, /39 more than a year ago.
