AUCKLAND, Aug. 21. The Conciliation Council proceedings in connection with the stonemasons and monumental masons’ workers’ dispute were adjourned ito enable tho employees’ assessors ,an opportunity to discuss with their union tho advisability of an award divided in two sections, ome for building and tho other for monumental masons. Mr Purtell, tho employees’ assessor, said that as far as lie could see the proposal would meet. with approval.
