WATERSIDE TROUBLE,

BRISBANE, Aug. 21. Tho waterside workers’ striko at Cairns has ended.

A message from Brisbane a few days ago stated that, the watersido workers wero boycotting different vessels at Cairns and Bowen. Tho vessels chiefly affected were the Eumascus, Fiona, Orungal and Port Tho dispute was duo to -lissatisfacdon with the recently-announced award and tho employment of freo labour on certain vessels during tho cooks’ strike.
