■Canadian and American lstean|;rs have ioined in the search for Bei't Hassell’s ’plane, which disappeared late on Saturday, an hour after leaving the Labrador Coast line on route for Greenland.

It is believed that the airmen, who were in tho second leg of their transAtlantic flight by the northern routo, dropped 100 miles off Cape Chidley.
