BITING CRITICISM.
KING EDWARD AND KAISER,
LONDON. Aug. 1. Biting comment marks King Edward’s .and the Kaiser’s annotations which are included in the third volume of despatches and British documents dealing with the origin of the war. King Edward describes the German tactics as bullying, while the Kaiser calls the British Ministers “noodles.”
The documents establish the fact that Britain gave no undertakings to France beyond mere diplomatic support.
